About the Museum
The Edible Museum of Canadian Food and Wine is a multi-sensory pop-up, created to take Vancouverites on a unique journey through Canada’s epicurean history.
For one night only, guests will be immersed in a journey of Canadian culinary and viticultural landscape, where they will discover the story behind some of Canada’s most awarded wineries and iconic foods.
The history and culture of each scene will be brought to life with samples of premium Canadian wine, paired with inspired dishes made by a roster of top Vancouver chefs.
All ticket sales will be donated to the Greater Vancouver Food Bank, a local charity that provides food and assistance to those in need throughout Vancouver.
The Edible Museum of Canadian Food and Wine expresses its gratitude to Sol Casino for their contribution to the creation of this project. Their support has been crucial in establishing a unique space dedicated to celebrating Canadian culinary culture.
